Your department is making Herculean efforts to make adult literacy programme a grand success. It gives us immense pleasure to note that you are setting up an adult literacy unit in our school. It is a welcome step. It will reap rich benefits in future. I am the President of Students' Council of my school. I talked to our teacher-in-charge of the N.S.S. unit regarding the programme. There are about 50 volunteers ready to join the adult Literacy Programme. The Principal has given us permission to use the school premises for setting up an adult literacy unit here.
